Made with brown rice flour and a blend of delicious cheeses (mozzarella, Asiago, Parmesan, and ricotta), our Four Cheese Tortelloni is crafted to deliver on both taste and texture.
Because our tortelloni is freshly made, the pasta cooks perfectly al dente in only 2-3 minutes. Toss with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
Our fresh, gluten-free pasta is perishable and should be placed in your refrigerator (for up to 5 days) or your freezer (for up to 1 year after the produced on date shown on pack) immediately upon arrival. When cooking from frozen, no need to thaw, just place directly in boiling water and stir to loosen.

Ingredients
Dough: Brown Rice Flour, Water, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Whole Egg, Egg White, Flax Seed*, Xanthan Gum, Salt, Glucono delta-lactone**
Filling: Mozzarella Cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), Asiago Cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), Parmesan Cheese (pasteurized part-skim milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), Ricotta Cheese (whey, whole milk, sweet cream, culture, vinegar, salt), Potato Flakes, Olive Oil, Salt.
* Due to a global shortage in golden flaxseed, we are now using brown flaxseed in this product. Our pasta remains 100% gluten-free and has the same taste and texture.
** Glucono delta-lactone is a natural acidifier found in wine and honey

Cooking Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. (We recommend 3 quarts of water per 9 oz. package of Taste Republic pasta.)
- Gently loosen the pasta with your hands and carefully place the loosened pasta into the boiling water.
- Stir immediately to prevent the pasta from sticking together.
- Cover and boil for 2-3 minutes or until preferred al dente texture.
- Strain, immediately toss with your favorite sauce and serve.
NOTE: If your pasta is frozen, just place directly into the boiling water and stir to loosen the pasta. No need to thaw first.
