Refunds

Our refund policy on all opened products including natural supplements, personal care products, and food products is valid only when there has been a recall by the manufacturer on a particular lot number due to a manufacturing issue within 90 days of placing your order. Health Canada posts recalls and it will be up to the consumer to contact us if you know that you have purchased a recalled lot number within the last 90 days.

If a supplement or any other product is opened and is simply not to your liking because of personal preferences, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Any damages incurred in shipping must be noted in writing at the time of delivery to the Canada Post employee, and we must be notified by email within 24 hours. Please provide the Canada Post shipping confirmation number so we can begin processing the damage claim with Canada Post before the credit will be applied to your card. All postage will include insurance for shipping damage.

Unopened products can be returned for refund or exchange only within 7 days of receiving them. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return all items. To return your product, mail through Canada Post to NewMarket Natural Foods, 565 34th Street Brandon, MB R7B 3P8 using trackable, insured package rates, so that if it is damaged or lost in shipping, you will be able to claim your refund through Canada Post. 

Product may also be returned in person at our physical store location, during regular store hours. We are at 565 34th Street in Brandon, MB. You must bring a copy of your online invoice, either on a mobile device or printout, or return will not be possible.
