The Boreal Salt mill is made in France, from beech wood sourced from sustainably managed forests. The mill's beautifully designed wooden body hides a highly efficient Zirlion mechanism which allows you to grind salt crystals very finely. Powdered salt results in a more even distribution of salt in your recipes allowing you to control salt consumption. The mill is equipped with a grind adjustment knob located on its cap to control the coarseness of the grind.
