This variant of our signature Dark Fruitcake adds a hint of sweetness and the flavourful tones of our butter rum infused into our cake, making it extra rich, moist, and perhaps a little bit naughty with no less than 1 oz of rum in each cake! The cake is carefully aged in a refrigerator for a month, monitored, and sampled to be certain the flavour profile is ‘just right’!
Care instructions: Store frozen and slice from frozen to thaw.
