Nettle has been used for centuries to treat allergy symptoms, particularly hayfever which is the most common allergy problem. It contains biologically active compounds that reduce inflammation. It is also used as a diuretic, for arthritis, prostatitis, rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis, high blood pressure and allergic rhinitis.
Directions:
Adults: Take five capsules three times per day with water at mealtimes. For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.

Nettle (aerial parts) (Urtica dioica) .....435mg

Gelatin (capsule).
Consult a health care practitioner if you have heart and / or kidney diseases. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are taking medications for diabetes or blood thinners, or if you have hypotension / hypertension. Discontinue if you experience nausea, headache, dizziness or gastrointestinal discomfort.
