Amid the ever increasing threats of global epidemics like obesity and diabetes, her customers consistently asked for quality, sugar-free products. To meet our quality standards it had to be organic and have a clean, simple label with real ingredients. With no healthy evolution coming from “big sugar,” she decided to do it herself!
