The easiest way to determine if you have a PRO model is to check the shelf count on the freeze dryer; Small: 4 shelves, Medium: 5, Large: 6, X-Large: 7. If you are unsure which size freeze dryer you own, you can check the serial number on the back of your freeze dryer (ex: P-MTF (medium)).
