Inhalation Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water/facial steamer. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes once a day.

An Sanic Australian tree, Eucalyptus -Blue Gum also grows in Europe, Africa and America. It can reach anywhere from 30 to 55 meters in height. The essential oil of Eucalyptus – Blue Gum is known to reduce respiratory distress and is particularly helpful when diffused as winter approaches as it can facilitate breathing.

Symptoms of poisoning from eucalyptus oil include burns, epigastric discomfort, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, muscle weakness, myosis and feeling of suffocation; cyanosis, delirium and convulsions may occur. For prolonged use or if symptoms worsen or persist, consult a health care practitioner.
