If dill pickles and sauerkraut had a baby, this would be the delicious result! Dill Pickle Kraut is a favourite with kids and adults alike. We put cucumbers right in during the fermentation so they turn into pickles along with the kraut. The result is amazing! Know you need to eat fermented foods, but feel like you’d have to force it? Start with this one. You’ll start finding reasons to eat it.
Suggested use: Anywhere you’d want to have a pickle! And you don’t have to cut it up. Sandwiches, burgers, salads…..we’ve even had people confess they’ll eat it out of the jar as a snack instead of chips. Try mixing it in with chicken salad or tuna fish for your next sandwich.
Ingredients: Cabbage, Cucumber, Garlic, Fresh Dill, Lemon Juice, Himalayan Salt. That’s It.
