Cornmeal, Medium Grind (Org)

Bob's Red Mill corn meal, like many of their corn products, is made from the highest quality yellow corn. Unlike degerminated cornmeal, our corn meal contains the vital nutrients of the corn germ and endosperm, with zero saturated fat. Add it to your favorite polenta pizza crust recipe or dust it on a baking sheet to prevent sticking. Note: this meal is finer than the more coarsely ground polenta/grits.
