This corn is CRAZY good, and it looks good too. Add some pizzaz to any dish with this mix of Super Sweet, White and Purple corn. Farm-fresh corn is great for you! It’s got plenty of fiber, which helps keep your blood sugar low. It also has B vitamins and essential minerals like zinc, magnesium, copper, iron, and manganese.
Our Tri-Coloured Corn is grown in the Willamette Valley and processed right on the farm using Green Energy, and it helps power the farm! Since 70 percent of the corn ear is waste in the form of husk and cob, it goes into our biogas plant that powers our processing plant, creates hot water, steam, and makes fertilizer for the next crop.
A quick note about purple corn: Purple corn is by nature a little chewier than super sweet corn and white corn. What we like about this blend isall ofthe different textures! If you’re worried about the texture, saute before adding to a recipe so you can cook it to taste.
Great Ways to Enjoy:
Sauté with butter and garlic for 5 – 10 minutes. Off heat, add Parmesan cheese or freshly squeezed lemon juice.
