We topped our crispy cauliflower pizza crust with the most classic topping of all – pepperoni! The best part? Our pepperoni has no added* nitrates, no preservatives, no artificial flavors, and none of the added junk usually found in this traditional topping. We paired it with melty mozzarella and voila - a perfect spin on a classic pepperoni pie!

With no added¹ nitrates, no preservatives, and no artificial flavors or preservatives you'll be amazed that 410 calories for half a pizza can taste this delicious!

Ingredients

Crust (cauliflower, brown rice flour [may contain stabilized rice bran], white rice flour, water, cornstarch, tapioca starch, vegetable oil, dried whole egg, baking powder, xanthan gum, sugar, yeast, vinegar, salt), Sauce (water, tomato paste, granulated garlic, salt, spices, onion), Mozzarella cheese (partly skimmed milk, bacterial culture, salt, microbial enzyme), Pepperoni (pork, beef, sea salt, natural flavours, cultured celery powder, cane sugar, cherry powder, lactic acid starter culture, oleoresin of paprika).

Contains: Egg, Milk, Mustard.
May Contain: Soy.

Cooking Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Remove pizza from carton and overwrap.
3. Cook pizza directly on the middle oven rack (no pan needed!) until the cheese is golden brown and the crust is crispy, typically 13-16 minutes.

CAUTION: Product will be hot. Let cool before eating.

PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED THOROUGHLY TO 160°F FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY. Do not thaw pizza before cooking. Cook from frozen. Your oven temperature may vary so adjust baking time & oven temperature as necessary.
