Nutrient Dense Ground Bison.  We  are excited for this one.  We have integrated the organ meat with our regular ground product at a 4:1 ratio. (4 parts muscle meat to1 part of a blend of heart, liver and kidney).  You gain the health benefits from adding organ meat to your diet without changing the taste or texture of the meat.  Use this product the same as you would our regular ground.   Our family chooses this one !!!  And you won't find this in any stores !!!

REGENERATIVELY RAISED BISON

Here at Borderland, we specialize in regeneratively raised Canadian bison.

We started with 33 bison in 1999 and have grown the herd today to include around 600. Because we believe in regenerative agriculture, this means our pastures are managed by mimicking nature allowing our bison to graze as they once did when they roamed the plains. They spend their life roaming pastures and grazing all year round with the use of adaptive grazing. In doing so, we ensure they get the all the nutrients they need. The result is  a healthier, happy life for them, and a healthier, more nutrient dense meat for us!
