Every product is made from fast renewable raw materials or recycled materials, with no petroleum-based coatings, making it easier to recycle discarded products as well. This pan was once a tin can! The tinplate should be thoroughly greased and floured before baking so that the cake can be easily removed from the baking tin after baking. This series really deserves the word sustainability.
