Natural Factors Acidophilus & Bifidus Double Strength contains 10 billion active cells from three probiotic strains to help support gastrointestinal health. Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus helveticus, and Bifidobacterium bifidum are combined in compatible ratios with nourishing goat milk powder, which provides a beneficial environment for lactic acid bacteria to grow.

The natural protective balance of good and bad bacteria in the gut microbiota is easily disrupted by prolonged stress, antibiotic use, dietary changes, illness, and other factors, leading to digestive disturbances and health problems. Regular supplementation with a lacto - and bifido-probiotic blend could promote a favourable gut flora. This formula provides a source of probiotics for adults who want long-lasting activity.

Acidophilus & Bifidus is guaranteed to contain a minimum of 13 billion active cells per capsule at manufacture and a minimum of 10 billion active cells at expiry. This double-strength formula is gluten-free and non-GMO and has a flexible dose of 1–3 capsules per day. It is a suitable supplement for adults with dairy allergies who want a casein-free probiotic that helps with intestinal balance.

Recommended adult dose: 1 capsule 1–3 times daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take at least 2–3 hours before or after antibiotics
